Reception opening hours:

Reception opening times from the 08/05/2016 to the 13/11/2016 :

From Sunday to Friday from 8:00 to 12:00 and from 17:00 to 20:00.

Saturdays from 8:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 20:00 in winter; and from 8:00 to 21:00 in summer.

If you plan to arrive outside reception hours, please contact the re花蓮住宿villa推薦sidence in advance.

A EUR 500 damage deposit will be charged for each apartment on the day of arrival and should be paid by cheque or credit card.

Prices include: all taxes and fees (except for the city tax and the pos高雄住宿便宜近火車站sible booking fees), TV, bath linen (1 towel + 1 small towel), cleaning linen (kitchen towel + bath mat), cleaning kit, beds made on arrival, final cleaning (except for kitchen area and dishes) , basic Wifi and 2 bathrobes.

For stays from 2 to 6 nights: check-in is from 15:00 and check-out until 17:00 (subject to availability otherwise 12:00).

A baby kit, suitable for children under 2 years weighing less than 15 kg can be requested free of charge. The kit includes: 1 cot and 1 high chair, 1 changing mat and 1 pushchair. Subject to availability.

The outdoor pool is open from May to October.

Due to work maintenance on the swimming pool the aquatic area will not be open before the 18 April 2016. During this period, guests may experience some noise or light disturbances.

For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation.

In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees. A security deposit of EUR 500 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
